A company called Joby has released a cool little product called the Gorillapod. Essentially it is a tripod that can grab onto pretty much anything handy. Also, it weighs about a tenth of a pound. I doubt it could really handle most digital camcorders, but it could make a nice addition to your equipment, especially if you usually carry along a digital camera. Not a bad price either, for only $24.95.
