Ko Maruyama over at AV Producer has posted a review of Manga Studio 3.0, which is a program used to design illustrations in the style of Manga, a Japanese cartoon style. The basic software, Manga Studio DEBUT, is a good deal at $50 ($30 for students), but the full version, Manga Studio EX, is just over my threshold of pain at $299.
