I’m almost tempted to call BS on this one, but I’ll let is slide this time, since we’ll know if it’s true within a day or two. Looks like an observant user on the DVInfo forums spotted an ad for JVC’s HD250U HD digital camcorder and was kind enough to scan it for us. The body is pretty much identical to the HD250U’s predecessor, the HD100.
On the advertisement it mentions HD-SDI as well as 60p recording, so there are definitely some features to look forward to on this new camcorder. If you are attending NAB make sure you visit JVC Pro at booth C3217.
