Instructables has a great tutorial on how to make your own helmet cam kit from a hodge-podge of different parts. The whole set-up gets to be a bit expensive, but the final product ends up being pretty impressive. The camcorder and power supplies are even encased in a water-proof case. Be warned, though, you will have to be a bit of a handyman to pull this one off.
