AMD is running another 64 second (think 64-bit) video contest in collaboration with the Austin City Limits (ACL) music festival. The 64 second short film can be about anything you’d like, as long as it is the correct length. Entries need to be submitted by August 27. After that a panel of celebrity judges will select four finalists, whose videos will then be featured at the contest website and on mtvU’s broadband channel.

Finally, the four finalists will receive an all-expense paid trip to the ACL festival this year. There they will create a 64 second short on their experience at ACL. The final four videos will be uploaded and votes will be cast online to determine the final winner.

The grand prize is an AMD LIVE desktop powered by an AMD 64 X2 dual-core processor, two VIP passes to the ACL festival in 2007, an ACL gift package (shirts, hats, CDs, DVDs, etc.), and your video promoted on the ACL homepage.
