Adobe has updated Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements to versions 3.0 and 5.0, respectively. There are a few new features of which to speak. These include a new Sceneline, which is an alternative to the Timeline, where you work with thumbnails instead of lots of clips. Support for more types of camcorders and video formats has been added, along with mobile phones. You can also encode for iPods and PSP.
They will be available in October in a package for $149 or separately for $99 each.
