Hard drive camcorders are all the rage, and Digital Trends is going along with the … trend and has posted their Sony DCR-SR100 review. Overall, the reviewer found the SR100 to be a more solid choice than the competition, JVC’s GZ-MG505. The SR100 is pretty basic and easy to use, with minimal manual controls. Video footage was not mind-blowing, but it was good and had very little noise.
