Sometimes I think of Adobe as the Google of the video and graphic design world. In their latest acquisition, Adobe has acquired Serious Magic, Inc., makers of the popular DV Rack, Visual Communicator, and Vlog It. The terms of the acquisition are not available, but it looks like Serious Magic will stay much the same, as will their products. Future Adobe products will also utilize Serious Magic technologies.
