TechSmith has announced the newest version of their popular Camtasia screen-capturing software. Version 4 contains a variety of upgrades that most screencasters should find useful. These include the ability to export to many PMP formats, including iPod format, closed captioning features, and audio enhancements to remove background noise and volume variations.
