Just released at KES 2006: the Samsung VM-DC560 digital camcorder. Not much is known at the moment, but we do know that it as a 26x optical zoom, 1.1 megapixel CCD, and a 2.7 inch LCD. It will record directly to MiniDVD and is compatible with dual-layer MiniDVDs for twice the recording time. Looks like it will be going for a little over $700 U.S.
