The Canon XH-A1 and XH-G1 camcorders are out in the wild now, and Videomaker has posted some initial thoughts and opinions on their blog. They also take a glance at the specifications and implications of the XH-A1 and XH-G1. They were impressed with the amount of control Canon has included on the camcorders such as the iris ring. The hidden battery compartment was a favorite, as well. All in all it looks like Videomaker was quite taken with the Canon XH A1/XH G1.
