Looks like Mac users will be getting their hands on the newest version of Adobe Premiere Pro first. Unfortunately there is not time frame announced yet. The decision to release the Mac version first is most likely because of Windows Vista and compatibility issues getting Premiere to run on the entirely new OS.
Adobe says the PC and Mac versions will be identical in every way possible to facilitate moving back and forth between operating systems.
On the note of Adobe Premiere Pro, don’t forget you will be seeing the entire Adobe Production Studio for Mac released as well.
