With the RED camcorder coming ever closer to being released, Mammoth HD is jumping on the bandwagon by promising to offer 4K stock footage in early May. According to the press release:

Several of our cinematographers are in line for the first deliveries and more are planning to order REDs in the coming months. This will enable us to build a very significant 4K library very quickly.

Also, shooting footage at 4K should allow for footage to be delivered in almost any other format (2K, 1080p, 720p, etc.). It will be interesting to see if other stock footage providers take the leap to 4K as well.
