With their long-awaited JVC GZ-HD7 review, CamcorderInfo brings us the scoop on one of the most anticipated HD tapeless camcorders of the year. It’s really a mixed review, with the JVC GZ-HD7 being what they call, “another case of so-close-yet-so-far.” There were many good things about the HD7, some not-so-good things, and overall a feeling that the camcorder didn’t really separate itself from the pack.

Ive just bought JVC GZ-HD7 HDD Video camcorder & it is amazing!, I have updated from a Mini DV, Ive read alot of stupid reviews about this camcorder with people saying: Video jitter & how long its taken to transfer files from camer to PC etc, I have had no issues with it, Put it this way it would take longer to transfer a Mini DV tape or other type of tape than to just plug and push a button!.. These type of camcorders & DVD camcorders are the future!, The Optical image stabalizer is not that great but if your spending all your money on one of these you are not just an ameture & would have a tri-pod, Ive bought a NTSC Jap import for cheaper than a PAL model off ebay & it is exactly the same! & The menu’s are english, Exept the “JVC” logo is “Victor” witch is the Japanies viersion of JVC, Just like “Voxhaull” is “Opel” in other countries (Cars obviously), If your interested in this camcorder you will not be disapointed!, Even the still pictures are great quallity for a camcorder, its great not having to worry about running out of video tape’s or having to keep changing them or Discs, If you have a good PC transfering files wont be an issue, The battery supplied isnt great (Mabee an hour) but you can buy cheap immitations from Ebay & They are very good (i got 2 for £15 & they last 2 hours each!), I also think the camcorder look awsome & when your seen shooting with this people will know your serious about filming!, Hope this has helped
