Panasonic has drastically reduced the price of their 8GB P2 cards by almost 40%, much, I’m sure, to the elation (or chagrin if you just bought one) of videographers everywhere. This price drop makes it a bit disgusting how much the company has actually been making on these cards. But, hey, that’s life. Maybe this will finally make the P2 cards more of a viable option economically for Indies and low-budget videographers.
