Studio Daily has a fresh Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 review that will make any of you Mac users who are waiting (you can pre-order now) for its release salivate just a little more. The fact that Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 can now run natively on the Mac OS is, of course, the reviewer’s favorite new feature, but there is so much more.
Both the Mac and PC versions of Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 are almost identical, which means that efficiency will be boosted if you are shunting projects back and forth between the two operating systems.
Another cool new feature is Dynamic Link, which will automatically update content in your timeline if you change it in another program. For instance, if you had a graphic in your timeline and changed it in Photoshop the update would be instantaneous. The same goes for Audiobooth files and After Effects compositions.
You can also copy and paste your timeline from Premiere Pro CS3 directly into Adobe After Effects, add effects, and then instantly see the changes in Premiere. There are plenty of other new features so make sure to check it out.
Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 ships July 1st for an MSRP of $799.99 for the Mac or PC
version. The upgrade
will cost you $299.
