CamcorderInfo’s review of the Samsung SC-DC173 tries to make the best it can out of this cheap entry-level digital camcorder. Video quality is lacking in sharpness but the color palette actually ended up OK and not over-saturated like so many consumer models. This is truly a point-and-shoot camcorder that may or may not deserve your money, depending on your needs.
