Digital Trends reviews the Sony HDR-CX7 in a pretty thorough and easy to read article. The reviewer seemed to really like the camcorder for its small size and great video quality. Though a couple colors were a little off, and low-light images were noisy, he calls the Sony HDR-CX7, “a winner for all my nitpicking.”
Some wins on the Sony HDR-CX7 include a good body design and a menu system that is intuitive. Some things the reviewer didn’t like were the supplied software, still picture quality, and the fact that, currently, no TVs with memory card slots can play videos directly from the Sony Memory Stick.
