DVGuru has written a review of ParticleIllusion 3.0 from Wondertouch. ParticleIllusion is a standalone particle emitter software for the Mac or PC. I’ve got to admit that after reading the review I headed over and downloaded the program. Haven’t used it for any actual production, but the real-time previews and the massive library of effects have been a lot of fun to play with. Definitely worth giving it a try.
