The English have come up with a new way to use cameras. By putting small cameras in the caps of Manchester traffic wardens, there will now be video evidence of nearly every traffic stop. The footage is sent to a central location where officials will be able to pull up the files if evidence is needed when people feel they have been “nicked unjustly.”
